How can I create a client account?

To first order on line, you must register by clicking on "My account" in the top left of the homepage. Then click on the black tab "Create an account" and enter your details, email and postal address. 

Then access products to fill your shopping cart and amend your cart at any time by clicking on "My cart" in the top right.

How can I track the status of my order?

To follow the progress of your order, it's easy : sign in to "My account" and go to "My orders". You will find a summary of all your past orders and the status of your current orders.

You are also kept informed of the progress of your order by email (order confirmation, invoice).

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Some emails marked incorrectly generate automated messages from our servers. If you receive nothing, please check your "spam" folder.

It could also be that your email address has been completed incorrectly. In this case, please call the help line  +44 (0)203 808 9532 to check your order has been received.

I 've received an order confirmation email but I've still not received my products?

Your order is shipped upon receipt of your payment.

Delivery times are from 4 to 5 days with Colissimo

The shipping time is valid upon receipt of your payment in our office. Paying by 
credit card is the simplest and fastest solution.
